✦ Product Policy
By making a purchase, you agree to all of the following Shop Policies.
Items purchased may not be resold (with the intent to make profit), imitated, or used/altered for commercial reproduction.
✦ Payment
All shop prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and payment is accepted via debit/credit card and other electronic payment methods.
The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges in addition to their order.
All purchases are final and no refunds/returns/chargebacks will be issued.
Order cancellations are not permitted for preordered items.
✦ Shipping
I offer shipping within Canada and for select international destinations. Please enter your address on the checkout page to verify if your country is eligible for shipping.
The buyer is responsible for any customs and border fees incurred on the package - If the package is returned due to unpaid fees, a refund will not be issued.
Standard shipping rates will come with tracking unless stated otherwise.
✦ Lost/Damaged Goods
I will do my best to package items as securely as possible, using bubble wrap and rigid boxes for safety.
I am not liable for any damage caused by the courier or other external factors in shipping (such as weather).
If you believe your package may be lost, I can try to inquire with the courier directly.
Unfortunately, the reimbursement of lost packages cannot always be guaranteed.
